June 8 - On the Road Again!

And we’re off! Road trip from Calgary to Seattle with a 6-day stopover in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Visions of lazy days on the lake, cocktails on the dock of the bay, and dining outside on those long, warm evenings have evaded us. This place is nonetheless the epitome of relaxation. We’ve enjoyed being hermits in the cold, windy and wet weather which has given us good reason to sleep in, lay low and recharge from the stress of moving out of our Calgary home of the past 8 years. Soon we’ll be winging our way to the next adventure in Europe, but not before completing this little road trip to visit our kids in Seattle.
