Up with the birds today on Antiparos to catch the 07:00 ferry to Paros then the 09:00 flight to Athens. With the Meltemi winds kicking up again the ferry trip was a bit of a rock & roll crossing but it was fast and the flight to Athens was equally quick. On arrival we submitted ourselves to a PCR test via nasal swab in preparation for our trip home to North America. Within hours our result came in and we both tested “negative.“ All good to travel home! This afternoon we spent time in the Plaka, enjoying a lovely early dinner and some special time in a wine bar where we participated in a wine tasting and met a couple of chaps from South Africa who were crewing on a yacht in the Med this summer. Have you heard about Below Deck? After dinner and wine tasting we walked home to the Hotel Grand Bretagne where we’re spending the next 2 nights before heading home.
