The sail-away party awaits! The Seabourn Quest is ready for us, and we’re anxious to get going. She’s a beautiful vessel and the weather gods are cooperating. Today we set sail for Goteborg, Sweden. It’s only a 315 Km journey which can be made by train in roughly 4 hours but we’re going to make a leisurely crossing, departing Copenhagen at 5 PM and not landing in Sweden until 7 AM tomorrow. More time to enjoy the finer things in life like our favourite beverage, red wine, and a gourmet dinner. Worried we might gain all the weight we lost this past winter in Toscana, Debb and I have signed up for Seabourn’s daily mat Pilates class, the yoga/stretching class, and have committed to a daily minimum of 10,000 steps!
