May 4 - El Centro Historico de Quito

Today we walked along cobblestone streets that were laid in 1534 when Quito was founded by Sebastian de Benalcazar. The Centro Historico is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is an amazing collection of antiquities, architecture and people in addition to being a bustling metropolis.
